How is coffee concentrate made?
Making a great coffee concentrate is not very different from brewing a fresh cup of coffee.
There are two different brew methods that are commonly used in the world of concentrates - cold brow and low heat. With the cold brew method, coffee grounds are allowed to steep in cold water using a 1:1 ratio of grounds to water for up to 24 hours.
