Coffee concentrate is a very strong brew made with 100% Arabica coffee beans and filtered water that is meant to be diluted with your choice of water or milk to instantly create your favorite coffee drinks.
How do I get started and use EarlyBird?
EarlyBird concentrates are meant to be very easy to use and versatile. Craving a cold coffee? Simply add milk, ice and 2 teaspoons of EarlyBird concentrate to a glass and finish with your favorite milk and flavored syrups. EarlyBird can be used to make your favorite lattes, cappuccinos, milkshakes and much more! We also have a dedicated recipe page that we update regularly.
Where do you source your beans from?
We proudly source our beans from Africa and Latin America for a truly robust and unique flavor. We only use the highest quality Arabica beans that undergo stringent quality tests before being approved.
How much caffeine is in one serving?
Each serving of EarlyBird Coffee concentrate (2 tsps) contains 100mg of caffeine.
What is the shelf life of an EarlyBird bottle?
An unopened bottle will last for 8 months but we recommend using the bottle within 6 weeks of opening for the best results.
How do I store my EarlyBird?
Refrigeration is encouraged but not absolutely required. If refrigeration is not possible, please store your EarlyBird Concentrate at room temperature in a cool, dark place. A kitchen pantry or cabinet is a perfect place.b

A Story of Humble Beginnings
Our co-founder, Sarah, knows all about working late nights as a pediatric nurse and indulging in a cup (or two) of coffee to help power herself through a shift. Yet, working the night shift comes with certain drawbacks: most coffee shops are closed. Tired of depending on stale coffee that was brewed hours ago in the break room, Sarah began experimenting with brews of her own.
Love Is a Cup of Coffee
She knew she wanted something that would travel well, take up very little storage space, and be easily customized. After months of experimentation (and recruiting fellow nurses as taste-testers), she finally perfected a formula that had everything she loved in a cup of coffee: low acidity and bitterness with a bold, robust flavor. She loved it so much she knew she had to share!
